In 2021 we founded Quinta Feliz, a beachside b&b, our guests’ passion for our simple, beachfront bungalows at Quinta Feliz sparked a revelation. This ignited Casita Mango, a transformation of a traditional Troncones home. The demand was instant—we immediately got offers to buy it!

This proved we were onto something special. It led to our sold-out Cabana5 project: now fully sold out! A lovingly designed and meticulously curated 5 home development, reflecting our way of life: simple, relaxed, natural, by the ocean. A barefoot luxury experience at an extraordinary price point.
